US Navy Captain (Ret) Isaac Kidd III, stands next to a portrait of his grandfather Rear Admiral Isaac Kidd, who was killed while manning the deck of the USS Arizona during the attack on Pearl Harbor.,
Each year, to show their appreciation to the donors and their families, John A. Burns School of Medicine medical students and staff participate in a Memorial Service to honor these "silent teachers." The band is proud to participate and perform to honor and in recognition of their gift.
